C; 仿單:禁止於懷孕期間使用。此外，接種疫苗後的三個月內亦避免懷孕。

| 禁忌症 |
1.有急性嚴重發燒性疾病的患者應延後接種。不過，就身體健康的人而言，出現輕微感染的現象並不構成接種疫苗的禁忌。
2.禁用於併有原發性或後天性免疫功能不全狀態的人，如患有白血病、淋巴瘤、血液惡病質、臨床表現明顯之HIV感染的患者，或是正在接受免疫抑制治療(包括使用高劑量皮質類固醇治療)的患者。
3.禁用於已知會對neomycin產生全身性過敏反應的人，但因使用neomycin而發生接觸性皮膚炎的病史並不構成禁忌。
4.禁止於懷孕期間使用。此外，接種疫苗後的三個月內亦避免懷孕。

A history of anaphylactoid reaction to neomycin, individuals with blood dyscrasias, leukemia, lymphomas, or other malignant neoplasms affecting the bone marrow or lymphatic systems, those receiving immunosuppressive therapy; primary and acquired immunodeficiency states; a family history of congenital or hereditary immunodeficiency, active untreated tuberculosis; current febrile illness; pregnancy, IV injection

監測
Monitoring |
Rash, fever; monitor for syncope for 15 minutes following administration. If seizure-like activity associated with syncope occurs, maintain patient in supine or Trendelenburg position to reestablish adequate cerebral perfusion.
